After being introduced to energy healing in 2020, I have trained in Astral Healing, Reiki (Levels I, II, and III/Master), Energetic Boundaries, Shamanic Practices (including Journeying, Illumination and Extractions), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Spiritual Boundaries and other therapy courses.

Our sessions are personalized to meet your needs, and are conducted remotely (online), or in-person in an office setting or in your home. All sessions are conducted with the client fully clothed, via a “hands-on” or “hands-off” approach, according to the client’s preference.
